Information Regarding the
Centurion Charitable Foundation

Can you believe that it’s already March? I hope the first two months of 2010 have treated you well and that the next ten months treat you even better. With the year well underway, I felt it would be a good time to share with you what has been happening at Centurion Liability Insurance Services, LLC (Centurion) and what we plan to make happen in the months ahead.

All my time and efforts over the past two years has been invested in fine-tuning insurance products and services for Centurion’s clients and brokers. This has paid off as Centurion experienced remarkable growth in 2009, which is a glowing testament to the excellent partnerships we have formed over the last 26 months.

As you know, the Centurion Charitable Foundation (Foundation) was created as a way to have a positive impact on our community and, since its inception, the Foundation will contributed $21,000 to charitable organizations. Unfortunately, the Foundation became more time consuming than what was originally anticipated. We feel we can best serve our clients by spending our time and focusing our energy on servicing their insurance needs. Therefore, Centurion will not be contributing any additional funds into the Foundation and the Foundation will be dissolved. Rest assured that Centurion’s philanthropic activities will continue as we are determined to carry on with our contributions to charitable causes because we believe that we can still make a difference.

Centurion’s ongoing commitment to both our brokers and the clients we serve is vital; never more so than in the current challenging economic times. We pledge to you that we will continue to serve you with honesty and integrity and that we will always honor our commitments.
